1. Data Controller
This site and the associated Telegram bot (@preza3bot) are operated by Dmytro Ivanov. Contact: contact@dmytro-ivanov.dev.
2. What We Collect
- Identity data (when you log in via Telegram): your Telegram user ID, username, first and last name, and — if you grant access — your verified phone number.
- Chat messages you send to the AI assistant on the site or in the bot, and the assistant's responses.
- Usage analytics: anonymized page views and events via PostHog (EU-hosted project).
3. How We Use Data
- To operate the AI assistant and provide conversation continuity across the site and the bot (your chat history is stored under your Telegram identity when you log in).
- To respond to your questions, including forwarding them to the site owner when the assistant cannot answer.
- To maintain a contact record for business communication.
- To improve the site through aggregated analytics.
4. Data Storage
Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (database) and R2 (profile content) within the Cloudflare network (EU region for analytics). We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except service providers required to operate the services (Cloudflare, PostHog, Telegram).
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@dmytro-ivanov.dev. Deletion removes your chat history and contact record from our databases.
6. Retention
Chat history is retained until you request deletion or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. Analytics are retained per PostHog retention policy.

See the Cookie Policy for details. PostHog is loaded only after you accept cookies on this site.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Telegram login is verified cryptographically (OIDC / HMAC), and access to admin features is restricted to the site owner.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The latest version is always available at/privacy.
